Introduction

Welcome to RDT IT Services Pty Ltd (the “Company”). The following terms and conditions of service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Company’s products and services (the “Services”).   • Use the Services to upload, transmit, or otherwise distribute any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Services.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all content and materials included on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any content or materials on the Services for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of the Company.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Services. The Company does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and the Company will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Products

In addition to the Services, the Company also offers a variety of products for purchase (the “Products”). All Products are subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or replace any Products at any time, with or without notice. The Company does not guarantee the availability of any Products and is not liable for any damages resulting from the unavailability of any Products.

Product Descriptions

The Company strives to provide accurate descriptions of the Products on the website or in other materials. However, the Company does not warrant that the descriptions of the Products are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. If a Product offered by the Company is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Product Warranty

The Company may provide a warranty for the Products it sells. The warranty period and coverage will vary depending on the Product. Any warranty provided by the Company will be in addition to any statutory warranties provided under applicable law. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Products beyond the scope of the warranty.

Payment and Order Processing

You must provide valid payment information to the Company to purchase the Products. The Company may use a third-party payment processor to process payments. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order if it is unable to process the payment.

Shipping and Delivery The Company will make reasonable efforts to ship and deliver the Products to you in a timely manner. However, the Company does not guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for any damages arising

Payment Terms

Invoices issued by the Company for the Services or Products will include payment terms, including the total amount due and the due date. It is your responsibility to make the payment within the specified time on the invoice. If you fail to make the payment by the due date, the Company may charge interest on the overdue amount at a rate of 15% per annum or the maximum legal rate, whichever is lower. The Company may also take any legal action as necessary to recover the amount due, and you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Company in collecting the overdue amount, such as attorney’s fees.
